ACCOUNTS AND USER RESPONSIBILITIES

2. Eligibility

You may use Knil only if you are legally capable of entering into an agreement under the laws applicable to you.

You must not use Knil if you are prohibited from receiving or using the service under applicable law.

If you use Knil on behalf of a company, organization, brand, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

If you do not have such authority, you must not create or operate an account on behalf of that entity.

3. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a Knil account, or older if the laws applicable to you require a higher minimum age for independently using online services.

Users who have not reached the applicable age of legal majority may require authorization from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

Knil may suspend or remove accounts where we reasonably believe applicable minimum-age requirements have not been satisfied.

4. Creating an Account

Certain features of Knil may require you to create an account.

When creating or maintaining an account, you agree to provide information that is:

  • Accurate

  • Current

  • Complete

  • Not misleading

  • Lawfully provided

You are responsible for keeping your account information updated.

Knil may refuse registration, require additional verification, or suspend an account where information appears fraudulent, misleading, incomplete, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

You must:

  • Protect your password and login credentials

  • Use reasonable security practices

  • Prevent unauthorized access to your account

  • Violates intellectual property rights

  • Is fraudulent or intentionally misleading

  • Is intended to deceive users

  • Contains unlawful material

  • Promotes prohibited activity

  • Protect third-party rights

  • Address impersonation

  • Prevent fraud

  • Resolve technical issues

  • Enforce these Terms

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

18. Knil Intellectual Property

  • Official affiliation

unless you have authorization to do so.

Knil respects intellectual property rights.

If you believe content available through Knil infringes rights you own or are authorized to enforce, contact:

  • The basis of your claim

  • Your authority to submit the request

Where clearly identified as experimental, such functionality is provided subject to these limitations.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

24. Paid Services

Knil may offer optional paid plans, premium functionality, subscriptions, add-ons, or other paid services.

Before purchasing a paid service, applicable pricing and material payment terms should be presented as part of the purchase process.

You are responsible for reviewing those terms before completing a purchase.

25. Subscription Billing

Where Knil offers recurring subscriptions, the applicable purchase interface may specify:

  • Subscription price

  • Billing frequency

  • Included features

  • Renewal conditions

  • Applicable taxes

  • Cancellation options

Where a recurring subscription is purchased, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process recurring charges in accordance with the subscription terms you accepted.

Mandatory consumer cancellation and renewal rights remain unaffected.

26. Taxes

Prices may be exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes depending on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements.

You are responsible for taxes properly attributable to your purchase except for taxes imposed directly on Knil's own income.

27. Refunds

Refund eligibility for paid Knil services will depend on:

  • The applicable purchase terms

  • The service purchased

  • Any refund policy presented during purchase

  • Mandatory consumer protection laws

Nothing in these Terms eliminates refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Knil may review or investigate content when reasonably necessary for:

  • Security

  • Abuse prevention

  • User reports

  • Legal compliance

  • Enforcement of these Terms

  • Protecting users

  • Platform integrity

We are not required to actively monitor every Knil page unless applicable law requires otherwise.

29. Reporting Abuse

Suspected violations of these Terms may be reported to:

support@knil.cc

When reporting content, provide the relevant Knil page and sufficient details to allow us to understand the issue.

30. Enforcement Actions

If we reasonably believe an account or content violates these Terms or creates a material legal, security, safety, or operational risk, we may take proportionate action.

Actions may include:

  • Issuing a warning

  • Removing content

  • Disabling links

  • Limiting features

  • Restricting distribution

  • Temporarily suspending an account

  • Permanently terminating an account

  • Preventing repeat registration

  • Taking other reasonably necessary protective action

The action taken may depend on factors including severity, frequency, context, legal obligations, and risk to others.

31. Serious Violations

Knil may take immediate action without advance notice where reasonably necessary in response to serious circumstances, including:

  • Fraud

  • Phishing

  • Malware

  • Child exploitation

  • Serious threats

  • Account compromise

  • Significant security risks

  • Repeated prohibited conduct

  • Valid legal requirements

Where applicable law requires notice or appeal rights, Knil will provide them as required.

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

32. Terminating Your Account

You may stop using Knil at any time.

Where account deletion functionality is available, you may delete your account through the platform.

You may also contact:

support@knil.cc

Deletion may be subject to reasonable technical processing periods and lawful retention requirements.

33. Termination by Knil

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because:

  • You materially breach these Terms

  • Your account is used for prohibited activities

  • Your activity presents a security risk

  • Your account is fraudulent

  • You repeatedly infringe third-party rights

  • We are legally required to act

  • Continuing service would expose Knil or others to material risk

Where reasonable and legally required, Knil may provide notice before termination.

34. Effect of Termination

After account termination:

  • Access to your account may stop

  • Public Knil pages associated with the account may become unavailable

  • Certain User Content may be deleted

  • Paid features may stop

  • Certain information may remain in backups or records where legitimately required

Sections that by their nature should remain effective after termination may survive, including provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, disputes, and legal obligations.

PRIVACY

35. Privacy

Our collection and processing of personal information is described separately in the Knil Privacy Policy.

By using Knil, you acknowledge that information will be processed as described in that policy and subject to applicable privacy laws.

WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

36. Service Provided on an Available Basis

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Knil is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Knil will always be uninterrupted

  • Knil will always be error-free

  • Every feature will remain permanently available

  • Every external link will work

  • Third-party services will remain available

  • User-generated content will be accurate

  • Knil will satisfy every user's particular business objective

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

37. User-Generated Content Disclaimer

Knil hosts or displays content created by users.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, User Content:

  • Is created by the relevant user

  • Does not necessarily represent Knil

  • Is not necessarily verified by Knil

  • Is not automatically endorsed by Knil

Users should independently assess information, products, services, and external destinations presented on Knil pages.

38. No Guarantee of Business Results

Knil may provide tools designed to help users share links, promote content, build an online presence, and understand page engagement.

We do not guarantee:

  • Increased followers

  • Increased revenue

  • Increased sales

  • Increased website traffic

  • Search-engine rankings

  • Customer acquisition

  • Business growth

  • Particular engagement results

Results depend on factors outside Knil's control.

LIABILITY

39. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Knil will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising solely from use of or inability to use Knil where such liability may lawfully be excluded or limited.

This may include losses relating to:

  • Lost opportunities

  • Lost profits

  • Lost business

  • Lost data

  • Third-party services

  • User-generated content

  • External links

  • Unauthorized activity caused by a user's failure to protect credentials

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

In particular, nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that consumers cannot legally waive.

40. Your Responsibility for Claims

To the extent permitted by applicable law, if your unlawful User Content, misuse of Knil, or material violation of these Terms causes a third-party claim against Knil, you may be responsible for losses reasonably resulting from that conduct.

This provision does not impose liability on consumers where such liability would be unfair or prohibited under applicable law.

DISPUTES

41. Resolving Problems

Before initiating formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact Knil so that we have an opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

Contact:

support@knil.cc

Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising rights that require immediate action or from using remedies that applicable law guarantees.

42. Applicable Mandatory Law

These Terms do not designate a specific governing jurisdiction.

Any mandatory laws applicable to Knil or to an individual user's relationship with Knil continue to apply according to applicable legal rules.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of protections that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable to that consumer.

The appropriate jurisdiction, forum, and applicable law for a dispute will therefore be determined under the legal rules applicable to the particular circumstances.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

43. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time because of:

  • New Knil features

  • Service changes

  • Security requirements

  • Regulatory developments

  • Legal requirements

  • Business or operational changes

The Last Updated date will be changed when these Terms are revised.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide reasonable notice before material changes become effective.

If you continue using Knil after updated Terms take effect, the updated Terms will apply to your continued use to the extent permitted by law.

44. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any policies or additional terms expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement governing your use of Knil.

Additional terms may apply to specific products or features where clearly presented.

45. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent reasonably necessary, where legally permitted.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply unless applicable law requires otherwise.

46. No Waiver

If Knil does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not necessarily mean Knil has waived the right to enforce it later.

47. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms where doing so would materially affect Knil without authorization, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Knil may transfer its rights or obligations in connection with a restructuring, merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of the service, subject to applicable law and any mandatory user rights.

48. No Partnership

Using Knil does not create a:

  • Partnership

  • Joint venture

  • Employment relationship

  • Franchise

  • Agency relationship

between you and Knil unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

49. No Third-Party Beneficiaries

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are intended to govern the relationship between Knil and its users and do not automatically create enforceable rights for unrelated third parties.

50. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, exclude, restrict, or override mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

If a provision conflicts with a mandatory legal protection applicable to you, that mandatory protection will apply to the extent of the conflict.
