Welcome to Knil.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Knil, including knil.cc, Knil accounts, profiles, pages, tools, features, applications, products, and related services.
For purposes of these Terms, “Knil,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Knil platform and service.
By accessing, registering for, or using Knil, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Knil.

Knil provides digital tools that allow individuals, creators, professionals, businesses, brands, and organizations to create customizable online profiles and link-in-bio pages.
Knil users may use their pages to share content such as:
Websites
Social media profiles
Videos
Images
Products
Services
Portfolios
Contact destinations
Online stores
Music
Booking links
External applications
Other digital content and destinations
Knil provides the technology used to create and display these pages but generally does not control the third-party websites, services, products, or content linked from user profiles.
ACCOUNTS AND USER RESPONSIBILITIES
2. Eligibility
You may use Knil only if you are legally capable of entering into an agreement under the laws applicable to you.
You must not use Knil if you are prohibited from receiving or using the service under applicable law.
If you use Knil on behalf of a company, organization, brand, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
If you do not have such authority, you must not create or operate an account on behalf of that entity.
3. Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a Knil account, or older if the laws applicable to you require a higher minimum age for independently using online services.
Users who have not reached the applicable age of legal majority may require authorization from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
Knil may suspend or remove accounts where we reasonably believe applicable minimum-age requirements have not been satisfied.
4. Creating an Account
Certain features of Knil may require you to create an account.
When creating or maintaining an account, you agree to provide information that is:

Not misleading
Lawfully provided
You are responsible for keeping your account information updated.
Knil may refuse registration, require additional verification, or suspend an account where information appears fraudulent, misleading, incomplete, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.
5. Your Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account.

Protect your password and login credentials
Use reasonable security practices
Prevent unauthorized access to your account
Avoid sharing account credentials with unauthorized persons
Notify Knil promptly if you suspect unauthorized access
Keep your account email accessible and up to date
You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You must not knowingly allow another person to use your account in violation of these Terms.

6. Usernames
Knil may allow users to select custom usernames or profile URLs.
You must not select or use a username that:
Impersonates another person or organization
Violates intellectual property rights
Is fraudulent or intentionally misleading
Is intended to deceive users
Contains unlawful material

Creates a material risk to Knil or its users
Possessing a Knil username does not necessarily create ownership rights in that username.
We may remove, rename, reserve, transfer, or disable a username where reasonably necessary to:
Protect third-party rights
Address impersonation
Prevent fraud
Resolve technical issues
Enforce these Terms
Comply with legal requirements
USER CONTENT
7. Your Content
Knil may allow you to upload, create, publish, display, link, embed, transmit, or otherwise make content available.
This may include:
Text
Usernames
Biographies
Photographs
Graphics
Logos
Videos
Audio
Social links
Website links
Product links
Business information
Portfolio materials
Files
Other digital content
Collectively, this is referred to as “User Content.”
You retain ownership of intellectual property rights you lawfully hold in your User Content.
8. Your Responsibility for User Content
You are solely responsible for the User Content you publish through Knil.
Before uploading, linking, displaying, or otherwise using content on Knil, you must ensure that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations necessary to use it.
You represent that your User Content and use of Knil will not:
Violate another person's intellectual property rights
Violate privacy rights
Violate publicity or personality rights
Violate contractual obligations
Breach confidentiality obligations
Violate applicable law
Mislead or defraud users
Contain malicious software
Facilitate unlawful activity
Knil is not responsible for obtaining rights or permissions for content uploaded by users.
9. License You Give Knil
To operate Knil and display your content, you grant Knil a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt where technically necessary, transmit, display, and distribute your User Content solely as reasonably necessary to:

Deliver your content to visitors
Optimize content for different devices
Create previews or thumbnails
Maintain backups
Protect platform security
Provide features you request
Improve technical delivery of the service
This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Knil.
The license generally ends when your User Content is deleted from Knil, except where continued processing is reasonably necessary for backups, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes.
10. Public Profiles
Knil profiles may be publicly accessible.
You understand that content placed on a public Knil page may be:
Viewed by anyone
Shared by visitors
Indexed by search engines
Cached by search engines
Copied by third parties
Screenshot
Archived
Linked from other websites
You are responsible for determining what information you publish publicly.
Deleting information from Knil does not necessarily remove copies already created or retained by independent third parties.
USER CONDUCT
11. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Knil responsibly and lawfully.
You must not use Knil in a manner that:
Violates applicable law
Harms other users
Interferes with Knil
Damages our infrastructure
Circumvents security controls
Facilitates fraud
Misrepresents your identity
Infringes third-party rights
Abuses Knil features
Creates unreasonable technical loads on the platform
Your use of Knil remains your responsibility.
12. Prohibited Content
You must not use Knil to create, publish, distribute, promote, or link to content that is unlawful or prohibited under these Terms.
Prohibited content may include content involving:
Illegal Activity
Content that promotes, facilitates, solicits, or meaningfully assists unlawful activity.
Fraud and Deception
Including:
Scams
Phishing
Fraudulent investment opportunities
Fake payment pages
Identity theft
Impersonation
Deliberately deceptive commercial schemes
Malware and Cyber Abuse
Including:
Malware
Viruses
Ransomware
Credential theft
Malicious downloads
Unauthorized access tools used for abuse
Links intended to compromise devices or accounts
Exploitation
Content involving exploitation, trafficking, coercion, or abuse.
Child Sexual Exploitation
Any content involving sexual exploitation or abuse of minors is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property Infringement
Content that unlawfully infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights.
Privacy Violations
Including unlawfully publishing another person's:
Private information
Confidential information
Authentication credentials
Financial information
Sensitive personal information
Harassment and Threats
Content that unlawfully threatens, targets, intimidates, stalks, or harasses another person.
Dangerous or Illegal Goods and Services
Content that unlawfully offers, facilitates, or promotes prohibited goods, services, or transactions.
This list is not exhaustive.
Knil may take action against other activity we reasonably determine creates a serious legal, security, safety, or operational risk.
13. Spam and Manipulation
You must not use Knil to:
Send or facilitate unlawful spam
Create deceptive profiles
Manipulate traffic statistics
Generate fraudulent clicks
Artificially inflate engagement
Operate automated account farms
Mislead visitors about traffic or popularity
Circumvent usage limitations
Abuse referral programs
Manipulate Knil systems
Automated activity must comply with any restrictions or technical requirements established by Knil.
14. Impersonation
You must not impersonate:
Another individual
A celebrity or public figure
A company
A government organization
A brand
Another Knil user
Any organization you are not authorized to represent
Fan, parody, commentary, or similar profiles must not intentionally mislead visitors regarding their identity or affiliation.
15. Commercial Use
You may use Knil for legitimate commercial purposes where permitted by the features made available to you.
You remain responsible for your business activities, including:
Products you advertise
Services you promote
Prices you display
Claims you make
Transactions you facilitate
Customer communications
Taxes
Licenses
Regulatory requirements
Refund obligations
Consumer obligations
Knil does not become a party to a transaction merely because a user discovered a product, service, or business through a Knil page.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Knil pages may contain links to third-party websites and services.
Knil does not necessarily:
Own those services
Control those services
Endorse those services
Verify their content
Guarantee their availability
Guarantee their security
Guarantee their products or services
When you leave Knil, you interact with the third-party service at your own discretion and subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.
17. Third-Party Integrations
Knil may allow integrations with third-party applications or services.
Third-party functionality may be modified, suspended, or discontinued independently of Knil.
Knil is not responsible for losses caused solely by the independent actions, outages, policy changes, or failures of third-party providers, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
18. Knil Intellectual Property
Except for User Content and third-party materials, Knil and its associated technology, interfaces, software, designs, branding, features, databases, visual elements, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not, without authorization:
Copy Knil software
Republish proprietary Knil materials
Sell Knil technology
Create unauthorized derivative works
Remove proprietary notices
Use Knil branding in a misleading manner
Misrepresent affiliation with Knil
Your use of Knil gives you a limited right to access the platform in accordance with these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of Knil technology or intellectual property to you.
19. Trademarks
The Knil name, logos, product names, designs, and branding may be protected trademarks or other proprietary identifiers.
You may not use Knil branding in a manner that falsely suggests:

20. Intellectual Property Complaints
Knil respects intellectual property rights.

Before purchasing a paid service, applicable pricing and material payment terms should be presented as part of the purchase process.
You are responsible for reviewing those terms before completing a purchase.
25. Subscription Billing
Where Knil offers recurring subscriptions, the applicable purchase interface may specify:

Where a recurring subscription is purchased, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process recurring charges in accordance with the subscription terms you accepted.

You are responsible for taxes properly attributable to your purchase except for taxes imposed directly on Knil's own income.

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
32. Terminating Your Account
You may stop using Knil at any time.
Where account deletion functionality is available, you may delete your account through the platform.

33. Termination by Knil

Continuing service would expose Knil or others to material risk
Where reasonable and legally required, Knil may provide notice before termination.
34. Effect of Termination
After account termination:

Public Knil pages associated with the account may become unavailable
Certain User Content may be deleted
Paid features may stop
Certain information may remain in backups or records where legitimately required
Sections that by their nature should remain effective after termination may survive, including provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, disputes, and legal obligations.
PRIVACY
35. Privacy
Our collection and processing of personal information is described separately in the Knil Privacy Policy.
By using Knil, you acknowledge that information will be processed as described in that policy and subject to applicable privacy laws.
WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS
36. Service Provided on an Available Basis
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Knil is provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
Knil will always be uninterrupted
Knil will always be error-free
Every feature will remain permanently available
Every external link will work
Third-party services will remain available
User-generated content will be accurate
Knil will satisfy every user's particular business objective
Nothing in this section excludes warranties or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
37. User-Generated Content Disclaimer
Knil hosts or displays content created by users.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, User Content:

Does not necessarily represent Knil
Is not necessarily verified by Knil
Is not automatically endorsed by Knil
Users should independently assess information, products, services, and external destinations presented on Knil pages.
38. No Guarantee of Business Results
Knil may provide tools designed to help users share links, promote content, build an online presence, and understand page engagement.
We do not guarantee:
Increased followers
Increased revenue
Increased sales
Increased website traffic
Search-engine rankings
Customer acquisition
Business growth
Particular engagement results
Results depend on factors outside Knil's control.
LIABILITY
39. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Knil will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising solely from use of or inability to use Knil where such liability may lawfully be excluded or limited.
This may include losses relating to:
Lost opportunities
Lost profits
Lost business
Lost data
Third-party services
User-generated content
External links
Unauthorized activity caused by a user's failure to protect credentials
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
In particular, nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that consumers cannot legally waive.
40. Your Responsibility for Claims
To the extent permitted by applicable law, if your unlawful User Content, misuse of Knil, or material violation of these Terms causes a third-party claim against Knil, you may be responsible for losses reasonably resulting from that conduct.
This provision does not impose liability on consumers where such liability would be unfair or prohibited under applicable law.
DISPUTES
41. Resolving Problems
Before initiating formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact Knil so that we have an opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising rights that require immediate action or from using remedies that applicable law guarantees.
42. Applicable Mandatory Law
These Terms do not designate a specific governing jurisdiction.
Any mandatory laws applicable to Knil or to an individual user's relationship with Knil continue to apply according to applicable legal rules.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of protections that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable to that consumer.
The appropriate jurisdiction, forum, and applicable law for a dispute will therefore be determined under the legal rules applicable to the particular circumstances.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
43. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time because of:

The Last Updated date will be changed when these Terms are revised.

If Knil does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not necessarily mean Knil has waived the right to enforce it later.
47. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms where doing so would materially affect Knil without authorization, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Knil may transfer its rights or obligations in connection with a restructuring, merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of the service, subject to applicable law and any mandatory user rights.
48. No Partnership
Using Knil does not create a:

Joint venture
Employment relationship
Franchise
Agency relationship
between you and Knil unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
49. No Third-Party Beneficiaries
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are intended to govern the relationship between Knil and its users and do not automatically create enforceable rights for unrelated third parties.
50. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, exclude, restrict, or override mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
If a provision conflicts with a mandatory legal protection applicable to you, that mandatory protection will apply to the extent of the conflict.
